No PC or individual components are required, allowing plug-and-play for a dedicated medium meeting room setup within minutes, greatly reducing the time needed for deployment and management. In addition, connecting to a CTP18 touch panel can be realized for better meeting control.

MeetingBar A30 dual-camera system is perfect for medium rooms. It features an optical camera with 10x hybrid zoom and an 8-megapixel digital camera with a 120° field of view, delivering a clear visual experience with depth, which is unable to be achieved with a single camera.
Immersive Voice In Every Corner
The built-in 8 MEMS microphone arrays and speaker in Yealink MeetingBar, completely cover up to 6-meter medium-sized spaces. As the MeetingBar is equipped with a powerful independent audio processing unit, you can enjoy a worry-free, full-duplex voice experience with superior performance.
AI-Based Voice
Yealink enhanced AI noise cancellation makes the audio experience more brilliant. Leveraging a massive deep-learning sound database to reduce background noises, it is more about intelligent audio analysis than standard filtering of audio frequencies. The distracting keyboard clatter, mouse clicks, footsteps, and other ambient noises are smartly pared back, ensuring that users enjoy crystal-clear audio quality.
Yealink A30 FAQ
The default password for the Yealink A30 is 0000. If you ever reset the Yealink A30 your password will also reset to the default password.
To update your Yealink firmware you will need to go to Settings and click on Update. Then go to browse to find the firmware file on your system and click on it to update the file. Then finally click on OK to confirm you want to update the firmware.
You can sign into your Microsoft online account directly on your device or sign into your device via a web sign-in, which includes your sign-in address and password.
Signing In On The Device:
- Select Sign in
- Enter your user credentials
- After the device signs in successfully, select Got it
Signing In Via Web:
- Select Sign in
- Tap Sign in from another device from the Sign in screen
- Go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin on your computer
- Enter the code shown on your device and select Next
- Enter your user credentials or select the desired account to sign in
A confirmation message is displayed after you successfully sign into Microsoft Intune Company Portal.
When you register a Teams account, you can initiate a meet now conference at any time, without any
reservation.
- Select Meet now
- Enter the participant account information to search and then select the desired participant
- Select Start meeting
You can join a Teams meeting scheduled on the Teams phone, the Teams client, or the Outlook.
Press the navigation key to find your meeting, and do one of the following to join the meeting:
- Select Join to join the scheduled meeting
- On your remote control, press the Teams button
Go to More > Settings > Device Settings > Control.
Do one of the following:
• Select / to control camera zoom out/in.
• Select the arrow keys to pan/tilt the camera.
• Select Reset to reset the position for camera.
You can reset the camera to factory defaults.
Procedure
Go to More > Settings > Device Settings > Others.
Select Reset Camera.
Select OK to reset the camera.
Ensure that the switch or hub in your network is operational.
Check whether your device obtains the time and date from the SNTP server automatically. If the device fails to connect the SNTP server, contact your system administrator for more information. You can also configure the time and date manually.
