Goods Reported Faulty Within 14 Days of Receipt

If you have a faulty item and are reporting the fault within 14 days of receipt (business clients) then following a technical confirmation performed either by ourselves or by the product manufacturer we can organise a return. When the goods are returned to us complete, we will send out a replacement product.

If you choose to decline the replacement then a restocking fee of between 10-25% will be incurred.

If a replacement unit is not available, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Reported Faulty More Than 14 Days After Receipt

If you are reporting faulty goods more than 14 days after receipt, then you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair.

Goods Damaged In Transit

If your goods were damaged in transit it must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt the delivery note must be marked accordingly.

Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we will send out a replacement product.

If you choose to decline the replacement then a restocking fee of between 10-25% will be incurred.

If a replacement unit is not available, we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Ordered In Error Or No Longer Needed

Clients who wish to return items they have ordered in error or that they no longer want/need can only return the items at our discretion. Claims for these returns must be made within 5 business days of item receipt.

A restocking fee of between 10-25% with be incurred on these returns.

Items must be unopened and new with all security seals intact. You are responsible for organising and paying for the return of the items via a trackable courier service. Once returned to us, we will check the items are unopened and new etc.

A credit will then be issued (less the restocking fee and the original delivery charge)
