We deliver across the UK. Delivery charges are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay, and all prices below are excluding VAT.

If your order includes a display, the display charge replaces the standard £10 charge – you never pay both.
When Will My Order Arrive?
- In-stock items: next-day delivery on 90% of products when you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday. Product pages show when an item is in stock.
- “On Order” items: these are ordered in for you from the manufacturer or distributor. We confirm the expected delivery date when you place your order.
- Mixed orders: if your order includes in-stock and On Order items and you need some items sooner, call us and we will advise on the best option.
Where We Deliver
Online orders can be delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom. For deliveries outside the UK, please request a quote or call us on 0118 997 7785.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us as soon as possible on 0118 997 7785 or info@meetingstore.co.uk so we can put it right. See our returns policy for how to send items back.
