Yealink RoomPanel is one of the dedicated Microsoft Teams devices with compact touchscreen and ideal for mounted outside the meeting spaces for displaying meeting details scheduled via Teams or Outlook 365 calendaring applications. Moreover, the panel is also enabled for reserving an available room on the spot and indicating current room status.
Managing a batch of meeting room devices is no longer a heavy burden for the administrators or IT staff, as they can easily monitor, manage and diagnose the products via Microsoft Teams Admin Center or Yealink Management Cloud Service.

Yealink RoomPanel For Microsoft Teams FAQ
Installing the Yealink RoomPanel is simple, first you will have to figure out where you want your RoomPanel to be. The recommended height to install is between 40 to 60 inches. After you have found your desired place, you will have to screw your mounting bracket, 0? or 20?, to the wall. Then route your cables through the designated holes on the mounting bracket and then install the metal bracket on top of the bracket. Then you can connect your RoomPanel and slot the device into the bracket.
The initial default administrator password is?“0000”, you can change it in the following two ways: Change the password on RoomPanel: Select > Device Settings > Admin Password to change.
On the device:
- Enter the sign-in interface
- Enter your account and password, then click sign in
On the web:
- Go to the web sign-in interface?
- Enter the code displayed?
- Sign in to your account
Go to > Device Settings > Display (Default administrator password: 0000) > Power Saving Mode and enable it.
Go to > Device Settings > Panels App (default password: 0000) > Panels App > LED settings, change the LED color of Busy
State.
Go to > Device Settings > Basic (default password: 0000), turn off/on the LED or modify the LED brightness.
- Tap Device pairing to display the surrounding MeetingBar devices that can be paired.
- Enter the pairing code shown on the device.
- Tap Pairing to pair successfully
- Enable the ?Check-in? button.
When the meeting is in progress, click check-in, then the MeetingBar (Teams) terminal will indicate that others outside the meeting room need to wait.
