Place your order online on our user-friendly website at your convenience. The Meeting Store web team spent a long time creating the stunning website you see before you, so it would be a shame not to make full use of it.
We’ve made sure to give you access to as many payment routes as possible, and if you have any questions, you can use our live chat to ask an expert for assistance.

They all love speaking to customers and are on hand to answer any questions you have, offer quantity discounts, and generally be “experts” in anything Meeting Room AV related.
If you want to order they can formulate you a quote and provide either a payment link or credit account.

Order By Phone
Send a purchase order by email or post
If you have a Purchase Order, the best way to get that to us is by email. Please send it through to [email protected], and one of our team members will email you a confirmation back. Simple!
If you prefer to send your PO by post, please send it to the address below:

Please remember to include your email address and contact telephone number so we can confirm your order (or call you if there are any issues).
In short, you can pay by Debit or Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer (BACS), or Purchase Order.
We accept the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex
We also offer PayPal Express, meaning you don’t need to enter all your details during checkout.
To make it truly convenient, we also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, allowing you to buy Meeting Room AV equipment at the touch of a button.
To pay by Bank Transfer simply choose BACS transfer during checkout and it will log the order in our systems and provide you with our Bank details both on the screen and via email.

How to pay by Purchase Order
If you are one of the following:
School, Academy, University, College, Local Authority, NHS, Government Body, MOD (or any other Government Department) then simply choose “Official Purchase Order” during checkout and send your purchase order to [email protected]
We will create an account for you and make the process incredibly simple.
Businesses that have been trading for three or more years can apply to pay via purchase order. For businesses, we will ask for your company details, including your company registration number, and our Accounts team will perform a 3rd party credit check before processing your order.
